BIG BOY II 2-Piece Motorcycle Ramp - MF2-14438

We took our best selling Big Boy and went to the next level making it the most versatile loading ramp system ever offered in the industry! This 2 piece aircraft grade aluminum loading motorcycle ramp system is 10 feet long x 38" wide and now consists of two 19" wide folding ramps rated at 2500 lbs per pair (view features & dimensions). It is designed to load all types of motorcycles including: cruisers, sport bikes, Harley's, the Boss Hoss, touring motorcycles and other types of motorcycles into full-size pick-up trucks including stock or lifted 4x4 trucks, 2 wheel drive trucks, trailers, box trucks, loading docks or toy haulers. The Big Boy II includes four quick connecting support brackets that hold the two sections together for safety while loading motorcycles & also eliminates ramp flex for safe loading. These connecting brackets also allow the ramp to be split in 2 sections by pulling a spring clip pin on the support brackets making it easy to handle and more compact for storing it next to the bike in the pick-up truck bed or inside the cab of the truck on some vehicles. The big boy also features a heavy duty hinge system on each ramp allowing the complete ramp system to be folded in 1/2 for storage also if desired. The folded length of the ramp system is 60.5" long x 5 5/8" high. The extra long 10 foot length combined with the 12 degree offset in the hinge acts the same as an arched ramp and provides additional ground clearance to eliminate bottoming when loading into 4x4 pick-up trucks or loading lowered bikes.The unique 2 piece Big Boy II ramp allows one person to drive the motorcycle up the ramp or you can walk up one 19" wide runner while pushing the bike up the other ramp. The innovative 3-3/4" ramp end features a solid flat plate/hook combo adding even more versatility for loading on different surfaces. The tapered foot on the bottom of the ramp has an extruded traction surface & creates a smooth loading approach surface at almost any angle. This extruded foot has a built in radius on the bottom that will pivot on different vehicle load heights and can be safely used on 10" or higher trailers or trucks. The Big Boy II ramp comes with two heavy cam buckle safety straps that connect the ramp to the vehicle to keep it from kicking out while loading. The serrated cross rung loading surface are spaced 3-5/8" apart so your foot will not slide through while walking on the ramp & also creates a superior traction in the outdoor elements.
