Designed to carry standard folding wheelchairs, the Tilt 'n' Tote wheelchair carrier mounts to a class 1, 2, or 3 trailer hitch adaptor, includes an anti sway bar, and will support up to 100 pounds! Simply remove the ball of your hitch receiver and bolt lift to the adaptor making it universal for mounting on different vehicles. Installs in seconds. To use, just pull the release bar which permits the rack to tilt to the ground. Then roll your wheelchair into place and tilt back to the upright position, where it locks into place. Almost no leverage is needed to tilt into locking position because of leverage principles. Locking arm holds the wheelchair securely in place. A pull handle tilts the carrier into storage position, out of the way when not in use. Sturdy all welded steel construction, powder coated on all parts.
Simply roll the chair into position...and lock into place, that's it!!
